As one of our customers, you are important to us. We understand that you are purchasing our cutting board(s) on-line without having the chance to physically hold or see the high quality of all our wood cutting board products. Therefore, if upon arrival and inspection you are not 100% satisfied, we allow 90 days to return the cutting board for a full refund. Furthermore, we will pay for the shipping by providing you with a pre-paid UPS domestic return label. Our only requirement is that you send the item back in proper packaging, and make sure that the cutting board is returned in the same condition.
